Qualifications

- Stryvo has IWI, IWE, and IWS certifications, as well as engineers who prepare WPS and welding documentation.
- We can perform specialized welding, including cladding, both manually and with automation.
- Stryvo is certified for welding according to ISO 3834-2.
Capabilities
- Materials: Carbon steel, 316, Duplex, Super Duplex, Aluminum, and Inconel.
- We use machines with AC/DC power, with or without pulse. Tig, Mig, electrode welding, SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) - Cladding.
- Our welders are qualified according to NS-EN 287-1 and welding procedures compliant with DNV's rules for ships (-40 ºC), ISO 15614-1, NORSOK M-101, NORSOK M-601, and AWS D1.1 (American Welding Standard), as well as AWS D1.6 for black and stainless steel.
- Hardness testing using the Brinell measurement unit according to the American standard. Our King Tester is ISO 17025-accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA).
- Our equipment is ASTM E-10/E-110 compatible.
