Stryvo, through its managing directors, is responsible for the processing of personal data concerning:

  • Contact Details for Customers, References, Suppliers, and Others
  • Candidates for Future Positions

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Stryvo collects and stores personal data necessary to engage in essential communication and fulfill obligations towards customers, suppliers, and employees. Providing personal information via email or phone is voluntary. The collected data is used to provide feedback to those who contact Stryvo. Individuals contacting Stryvo must register their name and email address for accurate email correspondence.

This statement contains information that individuals are entitled to when collecting, storing, and handling personal data. Types of Personal Data Processed

Customers and Suppliers

Stryvo processes personal data about customers and suppliers in our systems: Power Office, ProM, and Proresult. Necessary information is recorded to maintain customer and supplier relationships, including details required for correspondence, payment, invoicing, and delivery.

Employees

Stryvo processes employee personal data in Power Office to manage payroll and personnel responsibilities. Information regarding employment and salary payment is recorded. Employee information is obtained directly from the employees themselves and is disclosed only in connection with salary payments and other mandatory disclosures. Deletion procedures for employee personal data follow accounting and archive laws. Information such as name, position, and work area is considered public and may be published.

IP addresses in access logs are stored for 14 days. Google Analytics is used as a traffic analysis tool where IP address tracking and advertising usage functionalities are disabled. The data collected is stored on Google's servers. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Sources of Personal Data

Personal data related to customers and suppliers are collected upon establishing customer/supplier relationships to the extent necessary to execute contractual relationships between Stryvo and customers/suppliers. Information is collected directly from customers/suppliers via email, phone, or direct contact. Personal data related to employees are necessary and legally required in connection with the employment relationship. Information is obtained from the employee when creating an employment contract.

Marketing via Email and SMS

If you have an active customer relationship with us, we may send you marketing via email or other electronic communication methods according to Marketing Act § 15. This includes newsletters and other communications regarding content, services, offers, promotions, and events from us, our partners, and associates via email, phone, SMS, post/mail, and social media. If you do not have an active customer relationship, we will only send such marketing if you have given us consent. Your personal data may also be used to customize this communication. You can easily and free of charge unsubscribe from marketing communications by notifying us at post@stryvo.no.

Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

Generally, we do not share personal data with other companies except our partners who require information to provide services to us. If we disclose personal data, we enter into agreements with the relevant third parties that limit their use of the information. We may also disclose information in individual cases required by law, for example, to public authorities if there is suspicion of a breach of law.

Management and Deletion of Personal Data

You can influence what personal data we hold about you and how we use it. If you discover inaccuracies in the information we have about you, you can change it by contacting us. You have the right to request access to your personal data according to the Personal Data Act § 18 and GDPR Art. 15. You also have the right to restrict processing in certain cases according to GDPR Art. 18. You are entitled to have all our information about you deleted upon request, without traceability, as long as we are not legally obligated to store it. You can inquire about this and terminate your customer relationship via email at post@stryvo.no. If you believe that Stryvo has not complied with your rights under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. This can be done by sending a complaint to the Data Inspectorate; contact information is available at www.datatilsynet.no.

Protection of Personal Data

Stryvo uses appropriate security measures to protect personal data under our control against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal.
