Stryvo is certified according to Execution Class EXC4 in accordance with NS-EN 1090 and meets the requirements for CE marking of load-bearing steel and aluminum structures.

Stryvo is often chosen to deliver complete products designed in collaboration with customers. We frequently participate in the early stages of a project, assisting you in designing your product in the best possible way.

By visualizing even simple products or processes in advanced 3D models, our customers can often better understand the features, while we can simultaneously eliminate sources of errors.

Qualifications

We possess broad expertise ranging from ideation, design, strength calculations, project management, production, and documentation.

Most processes are carried out internally, but we also collaborate with skilled subcontractors in engineering, production, and painting/finishing.

Regardless of whether the project is large or small, we also perform project management and quality control.

Finished products from Stryvo are often delivered fully assembled, tested, and certified to our customers. However, we can also supply products that are disassembled or partially assembled if desired by the customer.

Design of Process units/skids

We specialize in designing smaller offshore packages, from customer P&IDs to the final product. Our design services include 3D layout, general arrangements (GA), fabrication drawings, and mechanical calculations/reports. We provide documentation according to customer requirements, with references from numerous offshore deliveries. Additionally, procurement, construction, and testing are integral parts of our offerings.

We also design and manufacture custom pressure vessels. Our materials range from carbon steel and stainless steel (304L/316L) to duplex, super duplex, Inconel 625 (including cladding), and other materials upon request. Our pressure vessels comply with PED, EN13445, Norsok, Statoil TR1053, and customer specifications.

With in-house equipment for pressure calculation (Visual Vessel Design and FEA) and 3D design (Solidworks), we combine these capabilities with fabrication, non-destructive examination (NDE), and pressure testing.
