Our workshops are well equipped with the most efficient equipment for all types of mechanical production. We can supply everthing from smaller products and components to large modules and skids to be shipped out over deep-water quay.
Qualifications
- We have highly skilled and experienced welders for advanced welding.
- Large bank of procedures for welding welds up to 160mm for S355.
- Stryvo has IWI, IWE, IWS and engineers preparing WPS and welding documentation.
- Stryvo perform special welding and cladding – manual or in automat.
- Stryvo are certified for welding in complience with NS ISO 3834-2
Capacities
- Materials: Carbon Steel, 316, Duplex, Super Duplex, Aluminum and Inconel. We use machines with AC/DC power, with and without pulse. Tig, Mig, electrode welding, SAW - Kladding.
- Our welders are qualified according to NS-EN 287-1 and welding procedures according to DNV's ship regulations (-40ºC), ISO 15614-1, NORSOK M-101 and NORSOK M-601.NDT: MT / PT / VT / UT / RT
